ABOUT ME
A Traveler Who Arrived in Switzerland
Hello, I prefer to be called Meso RojaCiwanan.
Born in Kurdistan, in Turkey, my journey started very early. At 16 or 17, I left home and embarked on a long journey that took me all the way to Italy. Even though Italy is a very beautiful country, there were many aspects that weren’t exactly as I had dreamed. But this stop was very important, because it taught me what I was truly looking for.
Finally, I arrived in Switzerland and found a home here. This is the place where I feel like a traveler and a local, a migrant and a citizen all at the same time. This country awakens a mix of interesting feelings in me, which inspired me to share my experiences.
My journey wasn’t always easy. That’s why I share my passions and discoveries not only with those who dream of travel and adventure, but also with those who are looking for a new home. Even though I’m not an expert – I am a simple cook – my greatest passions are writing and traveling. This passion encourages me to fill this blog and to share my experiences with you.
